Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

• Order Dispatch: Suppliers are expected to ship orders within 2-3 days from the date of receiving the order, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). The status of orders and remaining days for dispatch can be monitored on the xelivo Supplier Panel.

• Shipping Charges: xelivo manages the shipping and delivery process, charging suppliers only an 18% GST on the shipping fees. This allows suppliers to focus on selling while xelivo handles logistics.
