Payment Policy

1. Payment Cycle

• Settlement Period: Payments are deposited directly into the seller’s bank account on a 7-day payment cycle from the date of order delivery, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 

2. Payment Details

• No Collection Fee: Sellers retain 100% of the sale price, as xelivo does not charge any fees on both payment gateway and COD orders. 

• No Penalties for Cancellations: Meesho does not impose penalties on sellers for order cancellations, allowing sellers to operate without the concern of incurring penalties due to unforeseen circumstances. 

3. Payment Reports

• Payment Tab: Sellers can access the ‘Payment’ tab on xelivo's platform to view details such as the next payment date, last payment amount, total outstanding payments, previous payments, commission tax invoices, and information on deductions and compensations. 

4. Late Payment Fees

• Loan Products: If a seller has availed loan products through xelivo's financing partners, failure to repay the outstanding amounts by the due date may result in late payment fees. These fees are inclusive of applicable taxes, and delays in payment may lead to restrictions on further orders or account suspension until dues are cleared.
