Return & Refund Policy

Return and Cancellation Policies:

• Customer Returns: Customers can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Shipments that aren’t delivered to customers are marked as Return to Origin (RTO). Suppliers are provided with tools to manage returns and RTOs, including details on compensation and any charges applied. 

• Return Shipping Fee:

• Customer-Initiated Returns: Suppliers are charged a return shipping fee based on the shipment’s weight.

• RTO (Return to Origin): If an order isn’t delivered and is returned to the supplier, no additional shipping fee is charged. 

• Order Cancellations: xelivo does not impose penalties on suppliers for order cancellations, allowing suppliers to operate without the concern of incurring penalties due to unforeseen circumstances. 

International Shipping:

Currently, xelivo primarily operates within India and does not offer direct international shipping. However, third-party services like MyXBorder facilitate international delivery of Meesho products, enabling customers abroad to receive orders within 3-8 days.
